Request for Proposal

DDS is requesting proposals from qualified entities to provide a nationally validated quality assurance instrument and data analysis. The quality assurance instrument will collect measureable data that assesses consumer and family satisfaction of services and personal outcomes of individuals. The data analysis will provide a comparison of California's developmental service system against other states' developmental service systems and to assess quality and performance among all of the regional centers.
